Go Gauge (IEC 7006-27B-1)

Purpose:

To check the maximum thread dimensions and minimum T1 of the finished lamp cap.

Test Method:

When the lamp cap on the finished lamp is fully screwed into the gauge, the center contact of the lamp cap should be flush with or protrude from surface X.

No-Go Gauge (IEC 7006-28A-1)

Purpose:

To check the minimum outer diameter of the lamp cap thread on the finished lamp.

Test Method:

When the gauge is placed over the lamp cap thread of the finished lamp, the center contact of the lamp cap should not protrude beyond surface X of the gauge. See严禁利用量规的自身重量进行。

S1 Gauge (IEC 7006-27C-1)

Purpose:

To inspect the maximum and minimum dimensions of S1 for the E27 lamp cap on the finished lamp.

Test Method:

When the lamp cap of the finished lamp is fully inserted into the gauge, surface W of the plug should be flush with or protrude from surface X, but must not protrude beyond surface Y.

Contact Gauge (IEC 7006-50-1)

Purpose:

To inspect the dimensions related to contact performance when the lamp is in the socket.

Test Method:

If surface W is flush with or protrudes from surface V when the lamp is inserted into the gauge, the lamp's shape is considered合格 in fitting with the socket.

Accidental Contact Protection Gauge (Shock Protection) (IEC 7006-51A-2).

Purpose:

To inspect the accidental contact protection performance when inserting the E27 lamp cap on the finished lamp.

Test Method:

If surface W does not protrude beyond surface V when the lamp cap is fully inserted into the gauge, the lamp's accidental contact protection performance is considered合格.
